Plagiarism Policy
All manuscripts submitted to ORDINA are checked with Turnitin before peer review and again before publication. The maximum accepted similarity index is 20%, excluding the reference list, with no more than 3% from a single source.
| Similarity index | Action |
|---|---|
| ≤ 20% | Proceeds to peer review |
| 21–30% | Returned to authors for revision before review |
| > 30% | Rejected |
Plagiarism includes copying text, data, figures or ideas without proper citation, self-plagiarism (re-using one's own published work without citation), duplicate submission and translation plagiarism. If plagiarism is found after publication, the article will be retracted in line with COPE guidelines, and the authors' institution may be notified.
